Welcome Back to School

Dear Livingston ISD Parents and Students,

It is with great excitement and heartfelt gratitude that I serve as the new Superintendent of Schools for Livingston ISD. After twenty years in educational leadership, I am honored to join Lion Country and lead a district known for its strong tradition of excellence, deep community pride, and unwavering commitment to student success.

As we prepare to begin the 2025–2026 school year, I would like to welcome all our students and families. Whether you are returning or joining us for the first time, we are glad you are here. Livingston ISD is a special place, and I am committed to creating an environment where every student is challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential and thrive. Our district vision is clear. Livingston ISD is empowering and inspiring excellence. We will become the premier district in East Texas, setting the standard in academics, athletics, fine arts, and career and technical education.

This summer, we have made exciting progress in strengthening our schools. We have welcomed new leaders, expanded academic and enrichment opportunities, and increased support for staff. These efforts reflect our core belief that when educators are well-trained and well-supported, students achieve at high levels. Together, we will provide an education that lifts students to new heights and prepares them for success in life.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership. I look forward to connecting with many of you in the coming weeks and working together to make this an outstanding school year. If you have questions, feedback, or simply want to introduce yourself, please don't hesitate to reach out.

With Lion pride,
Dr. Jeff Pack
Superintendent of Schools
