Dear Parents, Students, Staff, and Community
It is a great honor to serve all of you as the Coordinator at the LISD Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP) campus. Each day, I am privileged to work with the dedicated staff to continually shape the lives of our students. Our goal at DAEP is to create an educational experience that centers around each student’s needs. With input from all stakeholders, students thrive as they achieve their daily goals. Our culture at DAEP allows us to celebrate success and learn from failure in a safe and nurturing environment. We are driven to innovate and inspire every learner each day. We teach, coach, instruct, and mentor with a sense of urgency. Most importantly, we recognize that education is about the journey, not the destination. I couldn’t be more proud of the accomplishments of the DAEP campus and the hard work of the staff and students.
