During the special meeting of the LISD Board of Trustees on Monday, April 27, 2026, the board voted on matters considered during the closed meeting. 

• Approved the termination of the probationary contract of Kai Caraballo.
• Approved the probationary/term contracts for teachers.
• Approved probationary administrator contracts
• Approved the LISD Board meeting dates for 2026-2027, which are July 20, August 24, September 21, October 19, November 16, December 14, January 19, February 22, March 29, April 19, May 17, and June 21.
