Junior Leadership Cadet Corps
This course is designed to prepare students for employment following high school. The backbone of this program is to teach solid leadership skills required to function successfully within the workforce. Students will learn and understand honor, courage and commitment. Cadets will lead and work together as a solid team with an emphasis on organizing, planning, and executing all classroom training, community events, and school events. The program is cadet led with instructor assistance, where students are required to work together in accomplishing all tasks and support each other as a solid family working toward one common goal. This process will teach problem solving, planning, preparation, selfless service, discipline, confidence, and a strong sense of accomplishment.
