When “School Alerts” and “School Closings” are issued by our superintendent the information will be posted in ALL of the following locations in the following order:

        • District Email - an email message will be sent to all district employees    
    
        • Front page of the website - www.www.livingstonisd.com 

        • District & Campus Facebook - LISD has 7 Facebook pages
You can access the information on any of the district or campus Facebook pages without having a Facebook account by going to www.www.livingstonisd.com scrolling to the middle of the page and clicking on the Livingston Independent School District Facebook heading.  

        • Automated Phone Message - automated calls will be made to all employees and students in the district. 
          These calls will not be made prior to 5:00 am.

        • Local Radio Station - 92.3 KETX 

        • Houston TV Stations - Channel 2 KPRC, Channel 11, Channel 13
